Ray Naeini – Chairman & CEO
Ray Naeini is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Omvix Group. He is also Chairman and CEO of OnviSource, Inc., a Delaware based Holding Company that owns and operates Davacord Inc., CADCOM Telesystems Inc., Business Solutions Inc., and Axius Portals Inc.; all involved in providing advanced telecom products and services. Mr. Naeini is an Executive Board Member with SMU School of Engineering in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Naeini has over 26 years of total experience and over 16 years of global and progressive background as Chairman, CEO, President or Senior Executive in telecom and enterprise software industries; serving public, private or venture-backed companies. Ray has successfully developed and grown telecom and software businesses, delivering innovative technologies, in North America, Europe, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Mr. Naeini has served as the President of Intellicall Networks, a $85MM public and global telecom company; as the President of InterVoice-Brite NSD, a $250MM public and global telecom company; and as the CEO and President of Nexidia, a software company in call center and government markets. He co-founded and participated in the IPO of Flexible Computer Corporation; as well as being instrumental in deploying major telecom products with Nortel and Honeywell Communications.

Mr. Naeini has 2 Masters Degrees in EE and Computer Sciences and holds 2 patents.

Ray founded Omvix Group in 2002 with the vision of offering a new model of combined capital investment and business management services to smaller telecom and software companies that are faced with financial and operation challenges; successfully transforming them from purely innovation to established and growing business entities with significant potentials for return on investment.

Stan Jasinski - Principal
Stanley J. Jasinski, a principal with Omvix, also serves as Chief Operating Officer for OnviSource, Inc. and is responsible for all marketing and business development activities for the corporation. He also manages the business operations of its subsidiary and the OnviSource One-Call Solution Center, and is president of CadCom Telesystems .

With over 25 years of experience in global telecom and high tech industries and a proven track record successfully managing engineering, sales, marketing, operations, services and P&L management, Mr. Jasinski has served in executive positions for both private companies and public corporations.

Mr. Jasinski started his management career with companies such as IBM, GTE Corporation (now Verizon) and DSC Communications (now Alcatel). More recently, he was Sr. Vice President at Intervoice-Brite, a $250 million global public company as the executive in charge of marketing and product development. Under his leadership, the product organization delivered an advanced line of telecom products and InterVoice-Brite was honored as an outstanding network supplier by SBC, receiving their quality award for delivering reliable products and exceptional service.

Earlier at IEX Corporation, a privately held software company, Mr. Jasinski led the corporate marketing organization and was responsible for the marketing a family of new products, which resulted in the company's accelerating growth and its acquisition by Tekelec, a major telecom company.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jasinski has been a key team member for sales and marketing, strategic planning, product management and new technology development. A seasoned executive with a broad base of experience in worldwide marketing and product management, Mr. Jasinski has impeccable credentials in new product and technology development and a proven track record of revenue growth and earnings with high-growth and start-up companies.

Jack Baldwin - Principal
Jack Baldwin also serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member of OnviSource, Inc. He is the original founder of the Business Solutions before being acquired by OnviSource. He is also the CEO and Chairman of Baldwin Group, Inc., one of the investment companies in OnviSource.

Jack is recognized for leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. He received the 2001 Oklahoma Venture of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Investment Forum, an award presented only to companies contributing significantly to the state's economic growth, productivity and innovation.

Also designated as 2001 Innovator of the Year for Technology by the Oklahoma Journal Record, Jack was recognized for the growth and development of Davacord.

Jack assumed the control of CadCom Telesystems in 1995 and grew it into a leading telephone messaging system manufacturer. His work with Call Centers brought about the development of one of the country's leading digital voice recording systems, DigiVoice, produced by Davacord, which was just a startup in 2000. Jack's contact with phone services led to the creation of Business Solutions and the development of relationships with national telecom providers.

Dave Rasmussen - Principal
Stratner provides corporate and IT governance services to help clients improve the productivity and efficiency of performing repetitive work. Mr. Rasmussen has led the development of formal business practices for many functional work areas including acquisition management, forecast management, sales opportunity management, vendor management, product management and others. Stratner’s focus on the IT implications of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation has helped clients achieve a stronger business management capability for the information technology function.

Mr. Rasmussen brings forty years of business and technology management expertise to help senior management improve the business value of technology. His executive business positions include over twenty years with InterVoice-Brite (telecommunications) and Digital Equipment Corporation (computer systems), with P&L responsibilities for business units of over $100 million in revenue. In technology management, he has served as CIO for Brite Voice Systems (telecommunications) and CFX Corporation (banking) and as Strategic Systems Officer for ReliaStar Financial Corporation (insurance). He served as IT Director for Digital’s Worldwide Sales and Marketing Group.

His international business experience includes executive management of global business operations in the computer systems and telecommunications industries. He has lived and worked in a variety of Pacific Basin countries. Mr. Rasmussen is a graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in Mathematics. He has undertaken graduate studies at Texas A&M University and at INSEAD, a major graduate business college in Fontainebleau, France.
